    Hi Berit,

    First, I apologize for the delay in response time to your inquery. Our reply time is typically within 48 hours (business days) but we’ve had a high volume of support so we genuinely appreciate your patience. Ideally wait time isn’t normally this long but please always feel free to check back in if you haven’t received a timely reply. I’ll be glad to assist you.

    Jetpack is compatible with our themes, so I’m unsure as to why you were told otherwise by the Jetpack team (we even use Jetpack on almost all of our demo sites). Were they able to elaborate at all, or did they give you any additional information you’re able to share with us?

    There are many factors which can effect your website speed. I recommend first starting by reviewing our post “5 Easy Steps To Increase The Speed of your WordPress Website”, found here: https://organicthemes.com/5-steps-to-increase-speed-of-wordpress-site/

    I recommend following the guidelines within the post, which was written by our own Organic Themes theme developer, David Morgan. After reviewing those recommendations, please let me know if we can assist with anything further. I would also advice reaching out to your hosting provider regarding any additional support they could offer to increase site speed.

    Thanks,
    Emily

    Hi Joshua, thank you for your reply. However, I’m still not seeing the white space you’re describing between the Hero and next section (I now see it in the original screenshot you sent, indicated with the arrow). Have you already resolved this? Although I can see what you mean in the screenshot, the white space is not appearing on my end. Please try clearing your browser cache if you’re still seeing it. Let me know how we can help further, thanks!

    Hi Lindsey. Actually, there was an update roughly a week ago so you likely purchased the theme just before the update was pushed. I would recommend updating the theme first to see if it solves the issue – if not, let me know and we’ll further troubleshoot. So far, we haven’t been able to recreate the issue in our testing environment. PS – Updating your theme version will not affect your content or layout, and it’s always recommended to keep your theme updated as updates often include bug fixes! 🙂

    Let me know if you need further help, thanks for your patience!

    Hi Lindsey, this issue may be due to using an outdated theme version, as this was a previous issue which was resolved in an update. Updating to the most recent STAX theme version should fix the issue. Let us know if you need further help, thanks!

    Kind Regards,

    Emily

    Hi Joshua, reducing the logo size will reduce the area of padding between the logo and page content, as the logo on your website is a bit larger in size. However, let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks and have a great day!

    Hi Manu, clicking on the blue “Attempt Block Recovery” button should restore the block. The error means the block needs to be updated, and can be done by clicking the button. Have you tried this already?

    Hi Manu, are you referring to the main navigation menu? If so, there is not a way to move this anywhere other than its existing location. Thanks in advance for clarifying what you’re trying to do 🙂

    Hi Amy, thank you for reaching out. There is not currently a way to change the main navigation menu to be a sidebar format. However, you can use the sidebar page template on your pages and then use a menu widget within the sidebar – note that this would still not allow for a sidebar menu on the homepage. Let me know if there’s anything else we can help with. Thanks!

    Hi Bjorn,

    You can hide the author name and date by adding the following CSS within the Appearance > Editor section (Styles tab):

    .wp-block-group.post-date-and-author.is-layout-flow.wp-block-group-is-layout-flow {
      display: none;
    }

    Let me know if you need further help with this!

    Best,

    Emily

    Hi Berit, unfortunately I wasn’t able to view the screenshot attached but if you’re able to provide a link to your site that would be most helpful. I should be able to provide some CSS to hide the title on that hero image. Thanks!
