Emily MorganKeymasterUpon successfully activating the STAX theme, you should be greeted by the setup wizard (which includes a step to install demo content). It’s highly recommended you go through each step in the process to complete the wizard.
The setup wizard consists of 3 steps:
License Activation: Activate your theme license, which may be acquired from your account. This step is required.
Plugin Activation: Install and activate recommended and required plugins. This step is highly recommended.
Demo Content: Install the theme demo content. This step may take a few minutes. It’s highly recommended. Then, upon successfully completing the setup wizard, your site should appear exactly like the theme demo. I hope that helps, let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks!
Emily MorganKeymasterHi Erich, thanks so much for your patience on these items over the holiday week. Our developer is looking into both of these issues and we’ll update you here as soon as we have a solution which should be within the next 24 hours. Thanks!
Kind Regards,
Emily
Emily MorganKeymasterHi Manu,
If you only want the color changes to appear on certain elements on the homepage, then CSS is the best option to target only changing those specific elements. So, you can reset the color and font options within the customizer, then use CSS to change the elements on your homepage. I would need a link to the homepage on your site as well as a list of change you want in order to provide you with the proper CSS.
Thanks,
Emily
Emily MorganKeymasterHi Manu,
Can you please explain where and how you are modifying the header? And please provide links, if relevant? Thanks!
Emily

Emily MorganKeymasterIt is not possible to designate a certain post category by using the standard blog page within the theme. However, you can create a page to display a specific post category by creating a standard page and adding a Posts Block to it (provided by the Organic Blocks plugin). The Posts Block allows you to choose from multiple post layouts, and allows you to select a certain post category. Let us know if you have further questions 🙂

Emily MorganKeymasterHello, we apologize for the delayed response time. The “block editor” David is referring to is the main (Gutenberg) editor in which you add content within a page – the main page editor. For example – if trying to copy “Variation 1” from the following page: https://stax.organicthemes.com/blocks/organic-blocks/callout-block/
You would click on the “Copy Block” button, the go to the page editor within your dashboard, in the page you’d like to edit. Click on a new line within the page editor, and right/double click to “Paste” the block.
I hope this makes sense, let me know if we can further clarify. Thank you!
Kind Regards,
Emily

Emily MorganKeymasterThe WooCommerce and Jetpack plugins are not necessary to use STAX Theme, so you may uninstall theme and use the ecommerce plugin of your choice. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thanks!
