Hi David,
We are using WP Rocket. I went through and cleared the cache there plus on our web browsers across three different computers / three browsers each. No change. The product thumbnails still look too large and fall vertically. Is there a way to adjust their size? I know in Woocommerce there is usually a setting to change thumbnail size. Why is that not available here?
Best,
E
Erich FisherParticipantHi David,
Thanks for reaching out. So, I just checked and the images still look misaligned on my end (see screenshot). I tried Firefox, Edge, and Chrome — all latest versions. Organic Blocks v2.2.2.
What are the latest changes made to STAX for woocommerce? I still don’t se any ability to change these image sizes.
Best,
Erich

Just a quick followup. After doing more testing, it looks like the STAX woocommerce templates are being used at all. The Woocommerce status indicates that none of the default woocommerce templates are being overridden and this makes sense to me, I suppose, because the STAX product archive template never looked like the stax demo page to begin with. Is there an additional step so that Stax overrides the default woocommerce templates?
Thanks,
Erich
Erich FisherParticipantHi David,
Apologies for the delayed response. The website is https://wholehealthbaby.com/
The issue concerns the parallax option in the Hero block. When I enable that on desktop for the parallax effect, the background image and effect look great. On mobile, however, the image is zoomed in so much you can barely make out the background. I tried to use custom CSS to change the hero block size on mobile, but nothing works.
The only workaround I have found (and am currently using) is to disable the parallax effect on desktop. On mobile, the image is placed correctly and looks just find. I’m happy with this solution, but I would have liked the parallax effect. Let me know what you think. If there’s no easy solution then I’m happy to keep parallax off.
Cheers,
Erich
Erich FisherParticipantHi David,
Thank you so much for figuring this one out. It’s really been vexing me too. I’ll go ahead and apply the fix you recommend and look out for that update when it rolls out. You guys are awesome. Thanking you again so much.
Erich FisherParticipantHi David,
No firewalls or security plugins. Oddly, I was able to fix the issue by logging out of wordpress and then when I logged back in then the update worked flawlessly.
Best,
Erich
