ParticipantThis has been addressed numerous times before here, but all forum topics are not showing now to see if there has been a recent fix which is very disappointing considering the customer support doesn’t respond to emails.
For no reason, when nothing has changed, and all plugins and theme are up to date the site OTPA.org breaks, and just shows a vertical list of typed items instead of the normal display/functions (picture attached). This happens on mobile every week, and desktop sporadically.
Once we clear the Siteground cache it reverts immediately back to normal, but can sometimes happen multiple times a day, week or every month with no notice until someone goes to the site and sees it broken. It’s very unprofessional. For a while after the error with the theme itself not updating was fixed it didn’t happen at all for a few months, and is now broken again and happening constantly.
In addition this error is appearing now: “Can NOT find LSCWP path for object cache initialization in /home/customer/www/otpa.org/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php” this happened after the site breaking already occurred, but not sure if its’s connected.
This needs to be resolved asap, having a site that randomly is broken but having to pay yearly for a theme with no customer support, and being asked to pay double what the theme even cost just to get acknowledged isn’t fair to anyone that’s built their whole site based off what we thought was functional.

KeymasterHi Diana,
Apologies for the delay, and I understand the frustration. I inspected the code on your site and it points clearly to the cause, which is fixable, but is not theme-related.
The unstyled “vertical list” means your CSS files failed to load. It appears you have the SiteGround Optimizer plugin combining and minifying your stylesheets into cached files. When that cache regenerates incorrectly, the CSS fails and the site looks broken, which is why clearing the SiteGround cache instantly fixes it. The theme has no role in that layer.
The “Can NOT find LSCWP path” error is a separate leftover: wp-content/object-cache.php is a file from the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, which doesn’t work on SiteGround servers.
I would recommend disabling Lightspeed Cache, since it’s conflicting with your native Siteground optimization.
If it continues, SiteGround support can check server logs to see why their asset cache is failing to regenerate — this falls within their scope as both your host and the caching plugin’s developer.
I hope this helps.
Thanks!
