    Hello
Hope you are well! It seems a lot of tag pages have been generated on my site, and I read that this can negatively affect site quality / SEO. Is there a way in Organic STAX to ‘non-index’ tag pages? Or should I in fact just leave them alone?

    Thanks so much in advance!
    Warm regards
    Berit

    Hi Berit,

Thanks for reaching out! WordPress automatically adds pages and archives for taxonomies, including tags and categories. While there is no functionality specifically within the theme to manage these pages, you should be able to non-index and/or remove these pages using a plugin such as Yoast, or something comparable.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks!

Thank you, David! Does it make a difference to SEO or site speed? Warm regards, Berit

    Hi Berit,

No problem! Using an SEO plugin could improve your site SEO, and shouldn’t have any noticeable effect on the site speed. Site speed can be improved using various methods, such as using a CDN service like Cloudflare or a caching plugin.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks!
