SEO impact of published ‘redundant’ pages

My website https://www.gutsandgloryhealth.com/ uses the STAX theme but a fair few of the template pages are not in use. Ubersuggest and other ‘audits’ suggest these unused pages negatively affect the site. I’m not techy enough to check the details, but as a general rule, should I ‘unpublish’ pages that are not in use. For example:

Yes, in general, I would delete pages that are not in use. After installing demo content, that content is meant to be used as a guide, but once it’s no longer necessary, we recommend deleting it.
