Different Header and Footer

Hi,
with the Stax theme I created a website: https://la-deutsche-vita.shop

Unfortunately I got two issues now:
1. The footer appears twice on all pages with the “Featured Image” template (e.g. https://la-deutsche-vita.shop/elektrotechnik/)
2. I created the “About us” page with the “Organic Custom” template and added the Organic Team Members widget. But on this page (https://la-deutsche-vita.shop/wir-ueber-uns/) a different header appears (without logo and navigation) and also a different footer (“…proudly powered by WordPress”).

How can I get a consistent header and footer like on the home page?

Hi Stefan,

1. What version of STAX is installed on the site? In the latest theme version, I only see one footer within the code. Regardless, you should be able to remove the extra footer within the full-site editor by navigating to Appearance > Editor > Templates > Featured Image. Then, you can edit the template directly, and delete the extra footer.

2. Unfortunately, the Builder Widgets plugin isn’t fully compatible with block themes when using the “Organic Custom” page template. Rather than applying the page template, you could add a Widget Area Block within the block editor, and then add the Team Members widget within the widget area. Alternatively, I would recommend using the “Posts Block” within the Organic Blocks plugin in order to display your team members.

that’s great, thank you very much! All of that helped me – as you described. I was able to remove the duplicate footer and create the team members as desired. (By the way, the STAX Theme Version is 1.2.1)
