The Block Theme Preview
Organic Themes is excited to announce a new theme concept — the Block Theme! The theme is currently in the final design stages before moving to development. We are planning to release the theme next month and wanted to introduce a few teaser images in the meantime. It will be a tight, block style design with clean and modern aesthetics. The theme features a unique 3 column layout with featured articles of the desired category displayed in both the left sidebar and main content column. It will also feature a unique and stylish featured content slider that will be controlled within the Organic Theme options. The Block Theme will be created for the design conscious crowd, and appeal to wide variety of businesses within that demographic.
The Block Theme utilizes a creative design and layout without the excessive use of background images — making the site easily customizable and cutting down on load time. As with most of our themes, the site will feature one “highlight” color that can easily be replaced in the CSS with the color of your choosing. The initial theme will use a yellow, white and dark gray color scheme.
We are interested in any feedback regarding the Block Theme, and will be excited to add it to the Organic Themes collection!
