ParticipantWhen I upload the Stax theme and run the setup wizard, the media files are added but not the pages (specifically the Home Page Layout and Header). I’ve deleted and reinstalled the theme, but still no fix.
Hours, weeks, and months have been wasted trying to get this theme to work properly.

ParticipantHi there, thanks for reaching out. Can you please give us the URL of your site so we can take a look? Also, are you getting any kind of error message?
Thank you.

ParticipantHi again, I’ve seen both websites. Can you please tell me the specific issues you’re having with the install? Thank you!

ParticipantNot sure if this was resolved back in January… but I have a new installation and have the same problem.
Site is not yet public, but I’m working in MAMP on a Mac Studio running Sequoia 15.6.1
I run the script, and get onto the second page, and then the “button” on the bottom right just sits on 0% and never changes.
I have all of the images downloaded, but none of the pages, and I’m trying to recreate the page with the columns of toggles without much luck…Thanks!

KeymasterHi Christine,
What version of the STAX theme are you using?
Unfortunately, the percentage estimate is not very accurate, and tends to hang on 0% for a while. However, it does typically complete in our tests.
Thanks!

ParticipantDavid –
I’m using version 1.7.2, which I just downloaded this past week for a new site I’m working on.How long is “a while” at the 0% mark? If it’s just a matter of being more patient, I will try again.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Christine,
Great, that’s the latest version.
Regarding the wait, when testing locally it has taken up to 5 minutes. It could be longer on a server. There is a lot of data in the demo content.
Alternatively, you try manually importing the demo file under Tools > Import.
I attached the file (it will need to be unzipped prior to uploading).
I hope this helps.
Thanks!
