ParticipantHello
as with the demo site I use on my home page cover pattern
but I have a problem with the display of the image in responsive mode on mobile: the image is displayed in an unclear way and seems degraded and does not seem to fit (as if it were magnified)(see attachment). I don’t understand why.
on the page https://musicstore63.fr/le-magasin/
I used the Hero block with the same image, same content as for cover pattern and there the image is displayed very sharp and fits perfectly (see attachment)
Would it be possible to find a solution to correct the problem
thank you
you have my login to go to the site admin (see my other tickets)
thanks for your assistance

ParticipantHi Alexis, did you get this resolved yet? If it’s still occurring, I would recommend you use the Cover Block instead of the Hero Block.

KeymasterHi Alexis,
I believe I responded to a separate thread regarding this issue, but wanted to follow up here again as well. I’ve tested the site on my phone, and I cannot see any degradation in image quality. Has this been resolved?
Thanks!

MemberI’m also struggling with this. the demo has a nice clear image. the theme has
has-background-dim-40 has-background-dimapplied. in addition, i’d really like to be able to resize the hero to make it a bit shorter in height and i just can’t figure out where to do that.October 9, 2025 at 4:15 am #473392David Morgan
KeymasterHi Gary,
You can change the background dimming and height of the Hero within the Cover Block settings. See attached image for reference.
I hope this helps.
Thanks!

KeymasterAh, file size was too large. Hopefully this one works.
