Photo Alignment Issue

Hi There! I created a blog post today (I use the STAX theme) and noticed that all of my photos within the blog post are left aligned. This hasn’t happened before. I have a pre-made template I use so I can just copy/past my content and the formatting is always the same. After auditing, I can see that my other posts have converted to left align on all my photos as well. It looks so bad! Can someone tell me how this happened and how I can correct it? Hi Lindsey,

Thanks for reaching out and using STAX! What version of the theme are you using? Also, have you made any changes to the “Index” template within the Site Editor?

In the meantime, you can add the following CSS within Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS as a quick fix:

.wp-block-image {
    text-align: center;
}

Thank you for your response! From what I can tell I am using Version 1.2.

I didn’t make any changes to the Index, but just in case I went in there and “reset” back to defaults and it didn’t resolve the issue.

I added the snippet you gave me and it centered all the photos, so I appreciate that! I did notice now that I’m looking at it, that the images are normally aligned left with the left edge of the paragraph blocks, versus exactly centered. But either way, having the centered is way better than having them aligned WAY left to the edge of the computer screen.
