    Hello,

    I purchased the all access subscription so I can get the organic-stax theme (https://wordpress.com/theme/organic-stax)

    However, I can find this theme in the downloads.

    I have attached what this theme looks like.

    Hi Mian,

    Thanks for reaching out and purchasing the All Access membership!

    The STAX theme should be available for download amongst your list of available downloads in your account. See attached screenshot.

    The downloaded file should be a ZIP file, and you can install the theme in your WordPress dashboard by navigating to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.
