License key

Hi,
A while ago I moved our site hosted at wordpress.com to a self-hosted environment (VPS). We have bought the STAX theme through wordpress.com, but when moving to self-hosted, a license key is required to (auto)update the theme. I’ve been trying in vain to get this license key for the STAX theme for several weeks now. I got a response from your helpdesk on how to do this once, and they suggested to fill out this form:

License Key Form

Which I did, but I got no response. I have the original transaction ID, payment approval code, etc. I have also sent an e-mail to [email protected], but no reply at all. All I want is the license key for the theme so I can update. Can I PLEASE get someone to answer me and get me the license key.

Please go to our pricing page (https://organicthemes.com/pricing/) and scroll down to the middle, and click the “Sign Up Free” button. Once you’ve done that, let me know via email and we’ll assign your product and license to your account.
