Drop Down Menu / Dynamic Content

We have a weekly program and are attempting to create an archive page. We would like to have a drop down menu to choose years, a second menu with months that changes based on the selection in first, and then be able to have the month choice change the code to allow a new video player to show. A screenshot of another site with similar set up is attached.

Our team has figured out how to do this. We are now having an issue with menu’s not showing all items which has been posted in another post.
