Changing navigation color

Hi! I’m having trouble changing the color of the navigation menu on my homepage. The photo I have behind it is light at the top, so the white font is not showing up on it. When I scroll down and the navigation menu turns to a white bar then it works fine as the navigation menu turns to black. And I’ve figured out how to adjust that font color. But I can’t seem to change the white color on the base home page.

Hi Mindy,

Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to change the background color for the header within the Appearance > Editor by double clicking the header. See the attached screenshot for reference.

Can you tell me how to change the underline colour that comes as you mouse over the menu item pls?
