Hi There! I recently built a pop-up form through Active Campaign and updated my Active Campaign Plugin on WordPress. I see the form there but it isn’t displaying unless I embed it one by one on each page. Is there a way to add the shortcode for my popup form to the themes template file so it will automatically pop up on every page? I’ve tried adding the shortcode to my footer template file but all it shows is the actual shortcode – the form doesn’t actually pop up or generate. My website is: https://offthebeatenhook.com. If you look at the footer you will see the shortcode. Any help on how to get this form to pop up on every page? Thanks so much!! Lindsey
Hi Lindsey, thanks for reaching out. We recommend you installs a code editing plugin like WPCode, then add the popup code within the header section in the plugin options. This should do the trick.
