KeymasterHi Anya,
Thanks for reaching out and using STAX! Your site looks great. We’ll be happy to help:
1. This sounds as though there may have been a manual change to the Single Product template in the editor. I would recommend resetting any changes to the template under Appearance > Editor > Templates > Product Single. See attached screenshot.
2. Unfortunately, this appears to be a WordPress bug unrelated to the theme. It seems the WordPress font size for “Huge” is overriding the template size, and I’ve encountered this issue with other themes as well. The easiest solution is just to use a custom font size until the bug is resolved in WordPress.
3. Similar to the first answer, I would recommend resetting the Header template part by navigating to Appearance > Editor > Patterns > Template Parts, and resetting any changes to the header. This should restore the secondary logo if it was deleted by accident.
I hope this helps. Thanks!

KeymasterHi Lewis,
The link to your site currently isn’t working.
For simplicity sake, you could update your workaround styles to this instead:
.team [data-filter=”.team”], .team [data-filter=”.news”], .team [data-filter=”.project”], .team [data-filter=”.director”] { display:none; }
However, you shouldn’t need to use this workaround. If you provide your WP admin login info I can take a look at your setup to see if your categories are setup properly for filtering.
Currently there is only the option to sort by Ascending or Descending (newest to oldest, or oldest to newest). We could update your plugin code with the option to sort alphabetically using our One Change service.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Lewis,
In order for the filters to work properly, you’ll need to setup a parent category with child categories beneath it. The child categories will act as your filters, and then you can select the parent category in the block setup options.
Changing the color of the active filter will likely need to be done using CSS. If you can provide a link to the page I’ll be happy to provide the CSS.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Samuel,
Thanks for reaching out. This is an odd issue. Is it still occurring?
What is your hosting setup? Is this a local hosting environment, or is the site hosted online? If online, who is your provider?
Also, I would try deleting the theme and re-installing, and also testing to see if this issue occurs with a default WordPress theme.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Kirsten,
Thanks for reaching out and using STAX. Can you provide a link to your site? Also, who is your hosting provider?
In some hosting environments the memory is limited, and the setup wizard can fail. I would recommend trying again, or contacting your hosting provider to increase the resources and. memory of your server.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Jakob,
Thanks for reaching out and using STAX!
Did you install all the demo content within the Theme Setup Wizard? Those particular patterns are reliant on the posts, post types, and taxonomies within the demo content. If that content does not exist, the pattern previews won’t display. If you have not installed the demo content, you can still add the patterns, but you will need to select a post type and category for the block that contains published posts. Additionally, featured images must be applied to the posts you intend to display.
If you would like to provide your login information in a private reply, we can add the patterns to example page for you to reference.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Lindsey,
Thanks for reaching out and using STAX! What version of the theme are you using? Also, have you made any changes to the “Index” template within the Site Editor?
In the meantime, you can add the following CSS within Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS as a quick fix:
.wp-block-image { text-align: center; }
Thanks!
