Organic Themes and Pressable have joined forces. We are partnering with Pressable to improve the hosting platform for Organic Themes and Kahuna Host customers, and we’re excited to be working together!
As part of our commitment to maintain the best possible service, we are pleased to announce that we will soon upgrade our hosting platform. We are migrating our hosted customers to the Pressable infrastructure. These new systems will help us improve our customer service to you, while enabling us to offer the most up-to-date products and services. The upgrade will have an impact on the hosting services you use from Organic Themes and Kahuna Host. However, the changes will be for the better.
We want you to be aware of these changes, and ask that you read this announcement carefully to help ensure the transition causes you as little disruption as possible.
Every customer will be handled with care, but there will be a couple steps we need your help with:
- Update your billing information.
- Possibly update your DNS settings (May not be required in many cases).
Migration Time Frame: Completed by Monday, August 27th, 2018 at 5:00 pm CST
