Hello, we’ve built and launched our site with the Stax theme and it’s performing terribly with load speeds, up to 10s, even with cache and otpimization etc.

Our hosting provider raised our ram but is reporting this fatal error that they said is usually attributed to the theme. Because the theme is integral to the design of the site we can’t easily change to another, especially because we paid for this:

“What I’m seeing here, are these memory errors pointing to a “composer” folder: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134,217,728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81920 bytes) in /usr/local/wp/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php on line 472 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81920 bytes) in /usr/local/wp/vendor/composer/ClassLoader.php on line 472″

They also tried to update the theme and it failed

“Warning: Download failed. “Unauthorized” Seems the developer didn’t authorize the update”

What can we do to increase the load speed since it seems to be a theme issue? Is this because it’s an old theme still sold in 2025 that’s not being updated?

it is also saying on WP our theme is inactive?

    License Key: 583d2…..
    Site is inactive.

Our license still shows active on the OT account. If this theme is not being updated at all, why are we being charged $99 annually as well?
